Karsyn Meyerson is a recent graduate of the Corcoran School of the Arts and Design, where she earned a BFA in Photojournalism. Originally from Frisco, Texas, she is now based in New York City and works as an Assistant Medical Photographer in the Department of Plastic Surgery at NYU Langone Health.

Inspired by her mother’s love of photography, Karsyn is especially drawn to familial narratives, both within her own family and in the lives of others. Her work explores everyday life, community, and the meaningful moments that shape how people experience and understand the world around them.
